To get started, you'll need to let us know what type of testing you need, along with information about your samples.
Once we know:
- What your sample is
- How the sample will be used
- What kind of testing you need
We’ll then evaluate the information, and either send you a quote and lead time for testing, or get back in touch if we think we need further details from you or would like to suggest a different testing option.
If you are a new customer, we’ll also ask you to complete a new account form to set you up on our database.
Once you’re happy with the quote and the testing strategy, the next step is to send us the samples and the purchase order. You can send your samples to us at the address below, or we can arrange a local collection service (terms and conditions apply).
When we've received your samples, we’ll carry out a contract review and begin testing. Once the tests have been completed, we'll send you the results electronically.
