The cleanliness laboratory will primarily be for Automotive and Aerospace customers and will allow us to increase our testing capacity with a designated laboratory, offering optimal reduction of risk of contamination, and provide a fully-contained verification process in applications where reliability is crucial and safety paramount.
The new lab will specialise in verifying component cleanliness after manufacturing processes, where contamination removal and cleanliness verification of components is becoming increasingly important as suppliers and end-users look for better reliability, longer warranty periods and avoidance of costly field failures.
John Cross, General Manager, said: “At Rotech, we are constantly looking for ways to enhance the range of services that we offer. Our new cleanliness testing laboratory is an important asset to the business moving forward.’
